Murgia Albanese organises upon request recipes lessons on how to manually make:

 

- Local cheeses (cheeses and ricotta)
- Typical fresh pasta (orecchiette and cavatelli)
- Liquors and traditional liqueurs (limoncello, elixir of life, rubella, milk etc.).

 

The cost of each lesson is € 20 per person and it lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

 

Also proper cooking classes are arranged, where guests prepare traditional recipes including:


starter
first course (pasta)
second course
dessert

 

The course can be followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared.


Duration approximately 4 hours with total cost of € 55.

 

On request you can have dinner in a family style. The cost is € 20 per person.
